1. Service-Based Policy
Raju Decor provides event decoration and tent setup services. As we offer customized event services, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned below.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.
- The advance amount is required to block the event date and prepare materials.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 7 days before the event date, a partial refund may be provided after deducting preparation and material charges.
- If cancellation is made within 3–5 days of the event, the advance amount may not be refundable.
- If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be provided, as materials and labor arrangements are already completed.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be transferred through the original payment method or bank transfer.
5. Event Postponement
- In case of date change, we will try to adjust to a new available date.
- If the new date is not available, the cancellation policy will apply.
6. Service Issues
If there is any issue with the service provided, customers must inform us immediately during the event so we can resolve it on-site. After completion of the event, refund claims may not be accepted.
